During my eight years serving as the Creative Director of Brand Marketing at Sports Illustrated, the SI Swimsuit franchise experienced its’ most significant growth, evolving from a largely print-only product to a multi-platform brand. Every year my team would create a new promotional campaign to be rolled out across print, digital, traditional OOH and less traditional OOH(bus wraps, plane wraps, murals and in-stadium video boards). Working closely with various internal groups – editorial, product development, marketing, events and sales – my team would also create the branded content and innovative promotional solutions for advertisers and launch sponsors. These included custom swimsuit-themed print and digital ads, original video content, 3-D projection mapping and fan experiences with unique sponsor integration and activations.
